Vision

Tundra Utility invests in its employees as partners in the success of the company. Together we will grow and create opportunities within a respectful, diverse and healthy workplace. We believe the best results are achieved through collaboration of all members of the crew. In this competitive market a company cannot afford to be top heavy. We believe that every person on the payroll needs to contribute to the daily operations in order to be a profitable company. When the owners are on the ground performing the actual work that they are asking of the employees, you will get a better product for the customer.

Our company is only as good as the crew we have working for us, so it is very important to treat everyone respectfully and create an environment that your crew wants to excel in.

Mission

To build and deliver high-quality and cost-effective construction projects on schedule for our clients while providing quality employment and career growth opportunities for Tundra Utility Construction crew members.
